Gál Tibor Winery and Fusion Wine Bar (Eger Region)

Gál Tibor Winery was established in 1992 by Tibor Gál, a well-known wine expert who, before opening his own winery, worked as the chief winemaker at Ornellaia in Italy. After he passed away, his son, Tibor Gál Jr. took over the management and built out the present winery and wine bar. Currently, the winery operates on a total of 100 acres in five outstanding vineyards of Eger. The wine bar, Gál Tibor Fusion opened in late June, 2014. The complex comprises a 500-year-old tuff wine cellar, a wine bar, wine shop, lounge, a wine-tasting room for 120 people, one of the best equipped kitchens of the region, and the first Bull’s Blood Museum in the world. The building itself is a masterpiece, which intertwines traditional and modern styles, connecting the past with the present. The Fusion merges quality entertainment with a high-level gastronomical and wine experience.

Another Bull's Blood from the Eger Region, this red blend offers the fragrance of peppers, cherries and paprika, all these forming a nice unity and showing the characteristics of the region. The noble and balanced acids make it an elegant wine perfect to be paired with both lighter red meat dishes and game.
